Delivery
Please find below the details for all of our UK Delivery methods including Express to UK mainland.
Please read the information carefully as they contain all of the details regarding our policy on delivering your order to you. If you have queries on the delivery of your order please do get in touch with us using the contact us form at the bottom of the page.
We ship to the UK mainland only at the moment, so if your address is not on the mainland then unfortunately for now we will be unable to ship products. Our Free delivery on orders over £100.
Express Delivery - 1-2 Working Days - (applies Monday to Friday)
The order must be placed before the cut-off time of 12 (Midday) on a working day for delivery the following working day. Next Day means Next Working Day, DX shipments are sometimes subject to a 24 hour delay in transit due to high volumes in their network - so any product over 30kg, may have a slower transit time. Regular products under 30kg, will be delivered the next working day via DPD as normal. You can check the weight of a tent by looking at the specifications on the product and checking the weight.
Please note: Saturdays and Sundays are not "working days". Though often DPD will deliver over the weekend, we cannot guarantee it.
Bank Holidays are not a working day and the Courier does not provide any collection or delivery service. So if you order before 12(Midday) on a Friday the order would not arrive until Tuesday.
Standard Delivery 3- 5 Working Days (applies Monday to Friday)
All of our Parcels sent by the standard delivery are sent with a Courier.
Parcels on this service will take 2-4 working days to arrive.
Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the following day. For any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend, these will be processed on the following Monday.
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £100
Spend over £100, and we will deliver free of charge.
Please be advised that for all UK deliveries we use DX as well as DPD for most deliveries. For both Couriers you will be normally notified with an expected delivery date and will be kept notified by text or email if there are any delays at all.
